Service scope

Mitletter is a subscription software service for scanning, organizing, translating, searching, and understanding paper correspondence and similar document workflows.

The scope is practical document assistance, not professional legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.

Assistive product, not an authority

Summaries, reminders, translations, search results, and drafts are meant to assist the user. They are not guaranteed to be complete, correct, or appropriate in every circumstance.

Users should review the underlying record before sending replies, making payments, or taking legal action.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the files they upload, the actions they take, and the final communications they send.

That includes checking deadlines, confirming amounts, and validating whether a suggested response is appropriate.

Subscriptions and billing

Mitletter can be distributed either directly or through native app stores. Billing behavior therefore depends on the distribution channel in use.

Direct distribution can use hosted checkout and billing management. App Store and Play Store builds use platform-native subscriptions and restore flows.

Availability and feature variability

Some features depend on device capabilities, configured AI providers, distribution mode, or backend configuration.

Mitletter may change, improve, or remove product behavior over time as the service evolves.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with other accounts, abuse uploads, scrape private material without authorization, or use the product for unlawful activity.

Account lifecycle

Users can manage billing, export data, or delete the account through supported product controls or support paths.

Mitletter may suspend or terminate access when the service is abused or when continued operation is not feasible.

Support and changes

Support remains available at support@mitletter.com for account access, subscription questions, export or deletion help, and document-processing issues.
